Shipping policy

At Speedy Surprises, we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

Shipping Locations:

We currently only offer delivery within Sydney. If we do not deliver to your nominated address, at checkout, an error message will appear notifying you that we cannot process your order. 

 

Delivery Times:

At checkout, you can nominate your delivery date on the calendar.

Same-Day Delivery is available for orders placed

Before 12:00pm AEST Monday to Friday

Before 10:00am AEST Saturday

Unfortunately, we do not offer Sunday deliveries as of yet. 

You cannot select a specific time of delivery however we aim to ensure that all same day and dated deliveries are made by 5:30pm. 

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic or high order volumes.

 

Delivery Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address.

Fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. 

 

Tracking Details:

You will receive a confirmation text with tracking details once your order has been shipped. 

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, restricted zones or areas inaccessible to standard delivery vehicles.
