Refund policy

At Speedy Surprises, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have a change of mind prior to dispatch, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Conditions of Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within a minimum notice of 24 hours of scheduled dispatch. 

Refund Request Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at hello@speedysurprises.com.au within at least 24 hours before the dispatch deadline. 
  • Provide your name, order number and a brief explanation of the refund request. 
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund amount to be reinstated to your account. If these funds do not reflect after 10 business days, please reach out to your financial institution.
